Resolv Foundation: Q3 2026 Report
This report is for $RESOLV token holders and the wider Vault Street community: what the Resolv Foundation delivered in Q3, how the business behind the token is developing, and where it goes next.
Q3 was the quarter Vault Street launched its first vaults, and the recovery process came to a close. After a one month extension, the recovery portal closed on 27 September, leaving the Foundation's attention fully on growth.

Vault Street: primeUSD, CARRY & Morpho
Vault Street now runs two live strategies with different risk mandates: primeUSD, a conservative investment-grade carry strategy targeting 6.0–7.5% net APY, and CARRY, a higher yield strategy combining credit linked RWAs and delta neutral positions, targeting 12%+ net APY.
CARRY also became the first Vault Street product with a Morpho market.
Alongside the pooled vaults, Private Vaults opened by application for businesses, protocols and family offices, with dedicated strategies built around each client's mandate from $500K.
Combined, Vault Street products grew to $7.5m TVL and $32m gross AUM by quarter end.
Due diligence remains at the core of Vault Street’s approach. In Q3, the research portal initiated coverage on four underlying assets (USTB, JTRSY, JAAA and mWIN), each covering legal, economic, operational and technical analysis with live data. More reports will follow in the coming weeks.
Moreover, allocations are fully visible on the Vault Street dashboard, built with Octav, where anyone can see how assets are deployed across strategies and venues.
Partners & Ecosystem
Vault Street's edge is its connectivity across the crypto and RWA ecosystem, built on direct relationships. Over the quarter, Vault Street further deepened partnerships with Midas, Figure, Centrifuge, Securitize, Kamino and Morpho, spanning RWA issuance and the lending venues.
Security
Vault Street's security architecture was rebuilt from first principles: vaults are backed by tokenized RWAs, operations are fully permissioned, and contracts are audited by MixBytes and monitored 24/7 by Hypernative and Hexens. The full architecture is documented on the Vault Street Security page.
Team & Presence
The team currently counts 15 people across Europe, with its HQ in Barcelona, Spain. No one on the team has chosen to leave the project since the start of the year.
In September, Vault Street attended the European Blockchain Convention in Barcelona and Korea Blockchain Week in Seoul, followed in October by TOKEN2049 in Singapore, meeting allocators, issuers and lending venues throughout.
RESOLV Market
Q3 was a challenging quarter for many tokens, with liquidity and trading volumes thinning across the market. $RESOLV averaged $0.0184 in Q3, versus $0.0284 in Q2 (-35% QoQ). Most of the decline came in Q2, after the March incident. Through Q3, price held in a narrower range of $0.015–0.024, close to June's average.
To support price continuity, the Foundation onboarded a second dedicated market maker during the quarter. With two market makers quoting, holders can expect deeper order books and tighter spreads across venues.
Staking & Governance
The $RESOLV token remains central to the Vault Street ecosystem and all its product lines. Q3 was the first full quarter of staking rewards since staking reopened in late May. 1 875 000 $RESOLV tokens were distributed to $RESOLV stakers over the quarter.
By quarter end, 56.09M RESOLV was staked (5.7% of circulating supply) across 6000+ stakers, with an average staking APR of 14%.
Looking Ahead
In Q4, the focus shifts to scale: growing TVL across primeUSD and CARRY, deepening the Morpho market and turning the quarter's conference pipeline into allocations. Next in line is a dedicated Delta Neutral Vault, targeting 15% APY on tokenized commodities and equities.
Two longer term initiatives are also in their final stages of exploration:
Direct origination (Onchain DCM): new vault types in which Vault Street originates the yield source, completing its stack from sourcing to distribution, with three potential deals in the pipeline for Q4.
A Fund-as-a-Service structure: opening Vault Street's infrastructure and processes to a regulated fund vehicle, with early conversations under way with partners interested in launching one, and first commitments secured.
If you are considering an allocation to Vault Street products, or exploring a fund structure built on Vault Street’s infrastructure, we would welcome the conversation: book a call.
